I am blessed to now live a pain free life. I have had endometriosis for my whole bleeding life. It was removed a few years ago and it has not come back in debilitating pain
I am often able to call out of work for the first day of my period so I can rest. This wasn’t the case for most of my life
I am blessed with Mother Earth’s herbs. I have found herbs that are connecting me to the energy of my cycles. Lady’s Mantle and Raspberry Leaf. I have noticed amazing things!
I am blessed to have the experience of offering a Moon Lodge for a festival last year. I was able to set up a tranquil beautiful space that was helpful (especially after the grief ceremony as many women unexpectedly started their moontimes the following day. Grief tending is hard!)
I am blessed in abundant creativity. I have unexplained infertility that caused me immense grief. I am now in acceptance of my life path. I am still fully Divine Feminine and a creative energetic being. Infertility did not take this from me. I have fertility in a creative life.

I pray for women who are incarcerated and are not receiving the mental and physical assistance they need. When I was in jail I noticed women suffering from endometriosis like me and mental health issues that can arise from these conditions (among things like ptsd, depression, addiction and just a hard fucking life)
I pray for women to love and accept each other and to stop judging one another. We all bring unique gifts of the spirit to this life.
I pray one day we will stop forcing women to wear stupid fucking bras for “modesty”. Clothing that wrap elastic around ribs. Our breath inhibited. Our breasts need to be free! If we so choose, that is. lol

Crab Spirit: what would I like to shed or be rid off? The Crab Spirit seeks out the salty ocean to shed and hide during this process.
Turtle Spirit: what would I like to add to, make stronger or create for myself? As the Turtle Spirit adds to it’s shell slowly over time.
Once I have these intentions I do a small ritual
