Today’s Meditation

I keep pulling the “Justice” tarot card in morning meditations. I read some blog posts and this poem by Rudyard Kipling came up. I really clung to the words “If you can wait and not be tired of waiting” The Universe has perfect timing in all things. I have goals of moving and feel I am ready to go at any time. However, the Universe says “Not yet! Here is a great other distraction for you to dig into.” Like a child of the Universe, my impatience is met with “here, just play with this for little while until everything is lined up!”

I often get caught up in my big dreams and lose my state of “presence in the now”. This is a great reminder to enjoy fully where I am at and seek the opportunities for growth that I need.

I find this poem resonates with writings of the Tao Te Ching.
