Egyptian Goddess Nephthys
Are there any Goddesses that aren’t about fertility? Are there any that are barren?
I found some information on the Egyptian Goddess Nephthys. Everything pointed to working with her in a dance. Her symbol is Hawk and Kite. Hawk is my main spirit guide for all journey work. Kite came through a few weeks ago. I was in my neighbor’s garden and the wind blew fierce! She said “ close your eyes and pretend you are a bird.” I was immediately a Kite off the coast. (My neighbor calls me her daughter and I call her my spirit mom! I love helping her in her permaculture garden)
Nephthys
In my dancing I fell into a space very suddenly. No mist or finding the connection. Its like the energy was waiting. The landscape looked like the base of a volcano. I walked a narrow trail leading up and among smoke, ashes and crying, lost, stuck spirits or souls along the side. Maybe parts of my spirit. Maybe others. Maybe both.
I felt into the ground while dancing and found desert scorpion quickly. I know them as a few hid under my tent here in Utah while camping. I thanked them for visiting me. I like to think they protected me in the night. They are shadow dwellers, protectors and a bit isolated.
Snake energy found me through a qi gong form I had been practicing recently. I liked having the 2 spirits join.
I found my way back to the volcano. Lifting the stuck or dense spirits up and up and out. Plucking and pulling up to move them higher, and finally celebrating and soaring with Hawk.
These questions were given to me by a trusted guide who suggested a few meditations. These are personal to me based off my dance journey and quiet meditation afterwards.
Who is she?
She showed me altruism after cataclysm (like the volcano erupting violently leaving people and places in shambles) She showed me feeling empathy for grief work and showing up tough and strong. As a protector.
Transformer of dark or dense energy (trauma, stuck, fear, etc) using movements like somatic therapy.
Celebrating and the feeling of soaring (solar plexus open) with Hawk and Kite in fierce winds (she is a goddess of Air and sky)

Be brave, be the person you came here to be
You might feel isolated or lonely in the liminal spaces, but what if you were still loved by many?
Use a combination of Scorpion, Snake and Hawk/Kite to find this energy
How to conserve, use and ground energy for work if others are involved. Learning and feeling into empathy capacity limits. It’s in my body, I can feel into it while staying connected. Tune into this so I never become overwhelmed
I got the feeling I might want to work with grief tending ceremonies. I have been blessed to attend 3 and they are intense but beautiful
What Keys does she keep?
Transforming dark/dense energy or shadowork into Light, Love and freedom is very similar to Creation/Destruction energy. As a woman, use this in the same way. Flow effortlessly between the two. She knows the dark/dense and can manipulate it to move it into Love.
The animation “Firebird” Fantasia came to mind, she said “raise the parts of you that were left behind” go back and find them! Use the spirit guides to seek them out. (That animation makes me cry)
Raise others where possible! Altruism and celebration with others are just as important as digging in the depths of your own human experience
